Hello,
Thanks for showing the comparison photo, they look great together. I have checked my files, and the cross you got seed of was BMJ 2092 Yucca filamentosa x rostrata (pollen from Ruud Wouterson in The netherlands. My seedlings were killed the first winter, so I do not have any of this cross my self. I have other crosses with the same pollen donor, and they all have inherited the strong blue color on the leaves.
Best wishes
Benny
Here's a couple more of Benny's hybrids at my mail box. The one on the left is a Y. filamentosa x rostrata and the other is......? I forget......but there is a label.

First time I see your frontyard. Lot of space for new plantings. What kind of Yucca is in your rearview mirror?

wow, nice eyes seeing the Yucca in the car's mirror.
It's a Y. recurvifolia form sent to me from Jim Kelly of New Jersey back in 2003.
