27 Species of Yucca we have growing here in Beamsville, ON Zone 7a
one grows as a perennial, Yucca guatemaulensis
and one is potted currently, since in ground it was failing, but upon its removal shows hopes of life in its roots.. Yucca rigida.
Three had to be planted this year due to deaths of their equivalent predecessors, Yucca elata utahensis, torreyi, and filamentosa (one of the variegated)
Here is a three minute video:

Anyone have a zone 7 yucca I do not have? Tim I know there are many hybrids, but cernua is one I know I do not have... any others successfully growing in zone 7?

nice video........that Y. aloifolia 'purpurea' is really cool with it's drooping purple leaves. Please try to hybridize your glauca with local Yuccas. 8)
