Lemme hijack your thread for a second 😉
My little rostrata from march 2014 prepared a liitle surprise for me. Check it out:

Do I see 2 offspring or what? I didn't know if that's possible with such small plants.

Here's to all the global warming pushers, may your winters be -30 below and four feet of snow in your driveway. Because I want you happy.

This was last year after my biggest rostrata bloomed, sorry no pics of the bloom. It was very nice and whiter than the one that bloomed this year.

Aaron.... they both look good and looks like three heads forming on the blue Yucca. I am not used to seeing Rostrata flowering so young, probably a climate thing? I have just lost a trunked green Rostrata after flowering a few years ago perhaps the root system was not good and too much moisture in my climate.

I think it could be climate, the sun is very intense here in the warmer months, and this could help the younger plants build sugars faster. Of course I really don't know why, but all my yuccas here have bloomed as small plants. 😀

Nice.
Your winters are harsh. Any other exotic winter green species you've got?
