Have you ever heard of a brevifolia cross? I thought I did once, but then later heard it could not be done? 😐

Aaron.... it seems a cross has been produced with Yucca Baccata. Was sold by a European Nursery but is now out of stock.

Nice young Rostratas there Aaron... hope they stay alive for you 😀
Henoh's rostrata looks really blue with wide leaves on that lovely rockery
My own favourite in my garden is the "Valle Cillo" Rostrata that has a thin trunk similar to Linearifolia but with large strap leaves.
It was in a poor state when I received it with virtually no roots and had recently flowered
Back in March

End of september

I have been amazed by the growth of the plant and those leaves are currently 28" long at their best.
Oh and heres a disaster story

Bad planting by me left an air lock in the foot of this green Rostrata hence no roots. It also took a battering from the very wet Winter followed by that long cold spell. Now back in a pot , I'm hoping it will root next year 🙄
