It seems I'm able opening your site just once a week 😈 . What was a minimum temp. during this badly cold spell in November? And what was the winter minimum? And the coldest month average temp?
As for " I don't know what this is yet?" I would surely say this is Pyrethrum (Pyrethrum parthenium).

Great to see that Aaron 😀 ! What a terrible winter-but what a tough plant, as it turns out. Hopefully the next few seasons will be a steady regrowth for that specimen. 8)
