I hope it pulls through...........what was your lowest night and lowest day time high this winter?

I hope it pulls through...........what was your lowest night and lowest day time high this winter?
Our lowest was -8f, but I think it may have gotten colder. The lowest daytime high...5f something like that. I know there was a few days we did not get up to 10f.
It wont die, but I hope it keeps growing on the trunk and not out from suckers. That's why it has 3 crowns, I left it uncovered when is was smaller. It might prove to be a hardy yucca in the future. I gave one from the same bach to LaMar and his never has froze, and has never been covered, 1/2 zone warmer. 😆

I might have to cut the leaves off, they are looking real bad. I think they are starting to rot. I will wait until this weekend. 🙂

I think if it goes it will be from a bac-t infection from the dead plant tissue. But I think I will look for fungicide just in case. 😉

Aaron, don't let it die 😈 You probably need to cut those leaves off before rot gets to the center spear and treat them with fungicide or it's too cold for such treatment?
