Barrie, I dig the Cylindropuntia spinosoir... The cutting I recieved last year did not survive the zone 5 conditions...
Looks good, love the coastal B.C. cacti! I wonder how the moderate climate effects their growth rate? (i.e. do they growe more slowly then cold winter/hot summer areas??)

Good question Paul ... I do know these grow fairly rapidly in most cases here and always grow larger with a drink of water now and then. Many of these surprized me when I first started growing cacti as I'd always believed them to be slow. I was soon enlightened.
