Never seen a Saguaro with so many arms at such a "small" size

Love the color on those sticks on fire. I am too scared to leave mine out longe enough to attain their winter color. That first cacti is odd looking, never be able to go out and buy one like that. You get so use to thinking they grow straight up with one or two arms off the side.

That one with all the arms might be a Trichocereus sp. guessing. If it is a saguaro :shock: that is crazy!

And the big blue saguaro like cactus is Pachycereus pringlei, cardon cactus from Baja MX

Yes, winter's somewhat easier seeing those photos, Jim.

Thanks you guys...and for the I.D's Aaron...

Pretty sure that is a Saguaro,there is another I saw that looked like it was also a Saguaro
and this one is just a giant crested mess!

I agree that might be a Trichocereus......the one you got up in Iowa! T. terscheckii
