Serenia repens "Georgia Silver"

Has anyone heard of this palm before? It seems like its super rare, and also hardier then the regular form. IT gorgeous:

Very pretty. I have killed a regular repens... they don't like wet cold, Now I know better.

it's about 1C hardier than the green form. :wink:

There are unfortunately no saw palmettos like those in central Georgia. In fact, that pic was not even taken in Georgia. That variety is most commonly found along the east coast of Florida. The pic below has ones grown from east coast seed.
