Lovran/Croatia, a tour of my friend 'Lovranpalm' garden

Lovran has a mild climate, protected by the Ucka mountains. Trachycarpus fortunei has became naturalized in the surrounding hills.

Pictures is from summer 2011. Hope you will enjoy.

The diversity is incredible.
Naturalized trachies are wonderful.

Really like the trunk-cleaned Washies and the blue palms.
Think I saw a Mimosa (silk tree) too.

What a palm paradise!
Everything looks so healthy. :D

After seeing those great photos, I may quit this hobby here :lol: :lol:

Zone 9a garden wit really good micro-climate. Yes, pink flowers are Bougainvillea.
