Salacca wallichiana
Salacca wallichiana, a spiny Palm from Malaysia/Thailand, that is cultivated for it's edible fruit.

Here is the one inside the house,
I put two that germinated later into a aquatic/semi aquatic setting, they seem to catching up with the one in just soil.
