Phoneix roebelenii seedlings

I recieved these from Knnn (Steve) in a trade. Not sure what is going on w/ them , but they don't look too happy. Their kind of light green with a few leaves curling up. If any body has any insights, I would appreciate it. They maybe staying to moist. Should I seperate them?
