Pittosporum hardy
Some of these species more hardy - Pittosporum tobira or Pittosporum heterophyllum?
I have three species of Pittosporum in my garden... Tobira, Omeiense, and Illicioides var angustifolium. All three species have survived the Winters here. P heterophyllum should be reasonably hardy. Take care with the Australian species as they are not so hardy as the Asian species. My biggest problem with Pittosporum tobira is that the leaves are eagerly devoured by Muncjac deer that get into my garden . They do not touch the other two species
