Bought a Desert Rose and a (ID?)

Visited my fav RONA greenhouse in Kelowna today.

From the bargain bin (a little worse for wear) a Desert Rose (Adenium obesum):
fuzzy, sorry...but it's the caudex that's interesting!

And this one's name I can't recall (I don't think it's Tropical Foliage :wink: ).
