This is a tree form succulent from Madagascar. The blooms are a bright yellow with dark centers.

A heated soak for a day, then planted these with the same technique suggested for some Fouquieria & Pachypodiums.

That is inserting the sharp point down, with only 50% of the seed inserted into the medium.
