Is it a government installation? or a private landowner with big bucks?
Any follow-up story on how much electricity is produced?

This is one of many installations going in, These are mostly private corporations.

Well I sure hope everyday folks get to benefit from increased electrical production with lower rates.
Doubt it though if it's private...
Maybe with enough "pruning", those trees won't fall where they shouldn't!
