Attention KNNN

Steve, I recently recieved about 10-15 Queen Palm seeds. After doing a search on here for your popping advice on this palm, I noticed that you tried with a bunch, but only got 4 to pop and 2 died.
I wanted to let you know that IF (and it is a BIG if) I can get more than 5-6 of these to pop, I am going to give you a couple for helping with my Cuban Royal seeds. BTW, how are those doing?
So wish me luck with these!!!

UMMM, not good. I uncovered it last week and the center pulled out along with a ring of old cut off pieces. I have not dug it up yet. It is still hard, should I give it a try or should I give up on it and pitch it?

It was REALLY soaked in the spear. The best I can tell, it was geting close to flushing when it had Winter set in and so the leaves on the caudex had spread pretty far down which left the top very open. It had a plexyglass lid so it didn't get rain.
