Same here! Nope I gave up,on the wet foam,it kept the seeds to wet,although it did work,I just think most the seeds were not fertile. Natural Gas

Cold

I think it was just the cold,it was planted southeast corner of the house,right next to a sabal Minor,both were covered with polytuf plastic,to keep moisture out,wasn't sealed air tight,but enough to block the cold north wind.we had temps down to 0 for a couple days,sabal minor made it just fine.but...

Hey good idea,first I need a jack hammer floor is 18 inches of concrete,that alone might by me 2 extra years!!!

If the right growing conditions,like good sunlight,a fan on just as much as the light is on your plant,just enough air flow to slightly move thru the leaves,I think plants can take more food,especially the palms that are heavy feeders.

No it's 19-8-10,and is a powder granular you mix in the top of the soil around and out to the drip line,I use it about 2 to 3 times a year. Where peters is a water soluble,that I use every other week. I might fertilize once a month,if the plants keep growing in the greenhouse,and it stays above free...

I bought some fertilome Brand fertilizer,says trees,palm and shrub fertilizer,that had manganese,I used it in August,and now the palms are all putting on new growth,so we shall see how things are doing at Xmas time!
